PArzt Kinesiology Tape
It is actually not hard to apply a PÄrzt tape yourself. However, PÄrzt does recommend that you consult your CKTP (Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner) before applying PÄrzt tape for the first time. In the page, you’ll see some suggestions of applying PÄrzt tape. The instruction of applying the PÄrzt tape will also come with the manuals.
